Best Ford, Inc. in Nashua hits bottom in Customer Service

When I went out after the last snowstorm I found the rear window of my Ford Escape was shattered. My insurance company sent over a window installer the next Friday.

The installer broke the rear window wiper motor and the latch and left without doing the install. It seems that he did not have the correct tools and used vice grips to try and remove the nut that holds the wiper motor on the window.  Well the casing is made of white metal and quickly broke. The installer company said that they would make good and to take it to the dealer for repair. I dropped it off Friday afternoon at Best Ford in Nashua NH and was told by the service advisor that it would be complete Tuesday afternoon.

Finally after over 50, yes 50 tries I got a real person yesterday afternoon. I was told that they did not know when the repair would be complete as they are waiting for parts. They say that they have no way to tell when the parts would arrive or if they are back ordered. Dana the service advisor informed (and not very professional either) me that they would call me when everything was complete.

I would not recommend Best Ford for anything. They obviously need to revamp their customer service and take a lesson from MINI.
